I arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at the front desk—the receptionist Michel was extremely helpful and friendly, even bringing my delivery order right to my door. That level of care really stood out. They even received a mail package for me. I also had a last-minute issue with my clothes, and thankfully the hotel managed to arrange a last-minute laundry service, which saved me. The breakfast had great variety and the food was delicious.
